Gatehub wallet activation

Hi guys, i've created an account with GateHub, i've already confirmed and verified the account and i've created the gateway through which deposit the fund... in fact i've deposited about 500€ with the bank but when gatehub received the funds they started sending me email saying there was a "missing trustline". So what i discovered is that i need to activate the account with 20XRP before being able to set a trustline. I can't buy that 20XRP unless gatehub will do it for me cause my funds are blocked for the missing trustline. How do i buy the 20XRP for the activation if my funds are still pending? Does gatehub do it automatically for me? Thank you for help!!!

(i sent the bank payment about 4 days ago)

No so you have to sent 20XRP (wallet activation) + 5 XRP (for every trustline, in you case Gatehub EUR) to your wallet.

You can only sent XRP to get this done.

Now there multiple ways:

1) https://bithomp.com/activation/ (is pretty expesnive)

2) get another currency first (BTC or EHT or DASH or.... ) then exchange these currency on for example Binance to XRP and then sent these XRP to you Ripple wallet

3) buy XRP from eBay (you never know if this guy is good and check the exchange rate before making deal, there are people who have good reputation this way and it is most likely fast)

Explanations on reserves:

Quote

The Ripple protocol requires that each Ripple account hold a small amount of XRP at all times. This is called reserve and its purpose is spam protection (i.e. prevent malicious users from creating a large number of accounts). In this regard, its purpose is akin to bitcoin mining fees, or Ripple transaction fees.

The main reserve requirements are:

20 XRP per account (always required),

5 XRP per each trustline* (connected gateway).

5 XRP per each open order.

So if your account holds 50 XRP, has two trustlines issued (eg. for GateHub's EUR and GateHub Fifth's BTC) and one open order, the required reserve is 20 + 2 x 5 + 5 XRP = 35 XRP; the remaining 15 XRP are at your disposal.

I am having so much trouble accessing my XRP funds on gatehub. If anyone could send me 20 XRP to activate my wallet I will refund them RIGHT away.

ANY help from anyone would be so very much appreciated, I'm at my wits end with figuring this out.

Check a few post above it says how you can get XRP also people still get sometimes lucky if they have a lot of funds waiting that gatehub will give you 20XRP.
