Flags

The Flags field can contain various options that affect how a transaction should behave. The options are represented as binary values that can be combined with bitwise-or operations to set multiple flags at once.

Most flags only have meaning for a specific transaction type. The same bitwise value may be reused for flags on different transaction types, so it is important to pay attention to the TransactionType field when setting and reading flags.

The only flag that applies globally to all transactions is as follows:

tfFullyCanonicalSig - Require a fully-canonical signature, to protect a transaction from transaction malleability exploits.

Google is your friend.  all you had to do was search for "tffullycanonicalsig meaning"

What's your transaction hash?  What is your Ripple wallet address?  Where is your wallet hosted?

Looks like you sent 10 XRP to address rwfGzgd4bUStS9gA5xUhCmg1J86TMtmGMo

Did you forget the destination tag, or was it not required?

shapeshift attached a destination tag on to the address but world exchange wouldnt take the address with the tag attached so i used theregular address they gave me an error when using the address with tag attached

Yeah, you messed up.  You sent your 10 XRP to the World exchange master wallet instead of to your account on the wallet.  You'll have to submit a support ticket with World exchange and give them the transaction hash and tell them that you forgot to set your Destination tag when you sent the XRP.  You'll want to include the destination tag that you were supposed to add.  If you're lucky, they'll credit your account with the XRP you sent, but it will take a while.
