My idea to improve XRP adoption, liquidity and exchange.

To improve XRP’s adoption for cross-border payments, the price of the digital asset should be stable as much as possible.

Ripple Lab Inc. should evaluate to promote a sort of Digital Asset Derivatives Market, with XRP as underlying entity, in order to insure against price movement during the payment transaction.

With double effect: more opportunity for liquidity and speculation, from one side, and more assurance and confidence for Bank and Financial Institutions.

How much does the price move over the course of a payment? In 3-6 seconds?

Well obviously they aren't going to discuss real numbers. That quote is interesting but is very vague about how much uncertainty there actually is in 3-6 seconds of price fluctuation. And of course they are only going to be specific about the results of their internal tests after those tests are long over with. "Uncertain" actually just means "not certain." Also you can't trust anything written by a Journalist that is not a direct quote, about a market that has absolutely no regulations or laws against insider trading and collusion.
