GatehubNoWork
Hey, I opened my Gatehub account in early December and sent of all the documents to verify me, this week i decided i would send some ETH to my gatehub account. Coinbase says the transaction is complete, but the ETH is not showing up on gatehub. I'm trying to activate the trust line for ETH but I keep getting an error. Now i think i know how to solve the trust line issue by depositing 20 XRP into the account, but how do I do this if i cant use the ETH i sent to Gatehub to get XRP? JJBandit
I Had the exact same issue (described in a post above or below) also using ether. My friend who signed up at the same time, used BTC, and his seemed to go through. So i thought i might try BTC, but thought i had better try and add the trust line (as it does say in the documentation that you can still transfer coin) and i get the same "unknown error" when trying to add a BTC trust line. I'll keep an eye on this post, Hopefully one of us works out a way to get around this.
BlackBox88
You can only activate you wallet with XRP not with any other coin so dont try. Also besides for every trustline you set you need to have +5XRp in you wallet. Also every open order need +5XRP So activate wallet is 20XRP and 1x trustline ETH is +5 XRP = so in total you need 25XRP everything above 25XRP you can trade with. GatehubNoWork
Thanks for the reply, but if I didn't put the 25 XRP into the wallet and didn't activate the account. Would the ETH that I currently have waiting to go into my account, be sent back to my Coinbase account after an amount time?

Not that i know i think they will stay in the gatehub wallet untill the account is verified. @mrcarrot do you know if there is a time out on ETH sent to the gatehub disabled wallet? You can always use you transaction link to track where they are I guess:https://support.gatehub.net/hc/en-us/articles/115003268785-How-long-do-cryptocurrency-deposits-take-
