Has anyone had a problem with the Mr.Exchange gateway?

Day 2017-12-30, I made a test deposit in LTC in the amount of 0.1, followed the address of the screenshot below, I sent email to the support and no reply so far, Someone already  make a deposit in this Gateway?

 

Or am I doing something wrong?
