Does Gatehub support require a different account?

I transferred Bitcoin from GDAX to Gatehub on 12/22 and still haven't received it in my Gatehub wallet.  I'm pretty concerned about this and sent a support request a few days ago.  I received an unhelpful auto-reply saying that in rare cases, bitcoin deposits can take a few hours.  Now when I try to view my actual ticket from the gmail link I'm taken to what appears to be the main Gatehub support page asking me to sign in, but my username/password doesn't work.  I'm able to sign into my regular Gatehub account but not through https://support.gatehub.net.  Do they require separate username/passwords?
