Does Gatehub support exist

@gatehub support is quite sluggish. I have queried about the BTCs I transferred across 24 hours ago and haven't any proper response so far. Checked the gatehub generated BTC address on blockcypher and it turns out the coins have been moved to different address :( Dunno what to do!!!

24 hours ha try 20 days transferred some BTC to another trading account there side says it's sent, it never arrived no info on blockchain.info for the destination address what can I do ?

No there's no support at all. Still waiting on my BTC from a week ago. Did send several mails to them but they do not reply.

I have the same problem as @markos77 and I have submitted already 2 tickets ("watch only wallet" issue) last week. still waiting !

I can't believe this is happening ! I mean, I like the website and it's quite responsive on my side. I haven't had problems logging in and so. it looks pretty modern but I'm astonished the support is so slow.

I've had major delays with them posting deposits, but they do eventually post. Customer support is non-existent. Best way to move funds out is move XRP, convert to fiat somewhere else.
