not enough funds Gatehub

Hello,I have a question. I have 5 wallets in all of them around 30 xrp, I was Hack some months a go and I have create a new wallet. Now I can't transfer the XRP I have in my old wallets to the new one as it give me a error MSG...Am I doing some thing wrong?

The wallets require you to have 20 xrp on them, so you can only transfer 10 from them until they lower the amount.

Thank you, 10xrp of each wallet is what i have try but still not working

You would need 20 in the wallet you are transferring too I believe. So 10 from each one would not be enough, it would need to be 20 initially and then any other amounts after that.

actually, I have seen the same issue where Gatehub would not allow even less than 70xrp in a wallet.
