Belowone
I have a verified COINBASE account but when I went purchase ETH with USD via credit card payment because the transaction is instant vs. the delayed bank method. For some reason my transaction was "CANCELED". why did this happen & has it happened to anyone making a first time purchase on COINBASE?
benstr
The credit card issuer probably rejected the charge. I had one bank that did that. Call them and inquiry directly.
fastfalcon94
I had the same problem with my bank too. My CC company called me a few minutes later as they had flagged it as fraud. I told them it wasn't and it went through. Apparently that was just a one time approval because the next time I tried to buy, they did the same thing again. I had to call my bank and have them do something on their side to prevent it from happening again.
Atticus
I tried to transfer some BTC then tried LTC to PayPal and it was also cancelled. Never happened before. I then sold it to my USD wallet and it transferred successfully. No idea what happened.
BlueCollarHedgeFund
Yes it is your bank.. every single person i tried to help including myself has had this exact thing happen. I guess banks are still wary of crypto.
