2-Step Not working on GateHub

This has happened to me a couple times where I have been locked out of my account for seemingly no reason, and I've had to contact customer support to fix it. I have messaged GatHub support a couple different times over the past 4 weeks and they have not gotten back to me. Assuming it has something to do with the recent surge of XRP yielding more customers using GateHub, however I'm at a loss as how to gain access to my funds. Wondering if anyone else has had an issue with this?
