Locked out of Account - Need to disable 2Fa

I have been locked out of my gatehub account for 2 weeks. I lost my cell, which contained my DUO app used for 2 factor authentication. I got a new phone, and restored apps from a backup, however I need to set up my gatehub account all over again in DUO which requires the QR code scan or key. However I cannot get into my gatehub account to get the QR code or authentication key for DUO, because gatehub login asks for 2FA. So it's like going in circles.

I contacted gatehub support to request that my 2FA be disabled on December 23. I followed all instructions and submitted the required ID verification. However I have not received any response. I have not been able to access my account for 2 weeks. Getting very frustrated...  @enej when will support requests be answered?

I'd imagine they are weeks behind with support tickets given xmas/new year, plus the massive upsurge in interest.

When setting up 2FA they do give you a recovery key and say to print it off/write it down. Presumably you've not got that somewhere?

I can login to my account but have to type in my 2FA verification code.  I have the same issues and I'm trying to deactivate my 2FA from Gatehub.  I created a ticket on 12/21/17, I'm not getting any response from their support team and I'm going on two weeks without a response.  I hope it's because they are backed up and catching up with their tickets.

Dear TMB, can you share your photos that you sent to gatehub support succesful ? i was locked out by 2FA since 30/12/2017 but got no respose . I am so confused . thank you very much
