@gatehub I Cannot even get the email to allow me to login, it always prompts to authorize the new browser then never sends me the email.

Have been trying to get in for the last 3 weeks, no response to tickets, platform is basically a black box :(

You need to get the Google Authenticator app for your phone. It generates a random six digit authorization -- which you then type into the webpage to gain entry. AFTER having entered your email address and proper password.

That's how you log in

Is anyone having trouble interacting with Gatehub? None of my gateways have been approved for a week now, but that's probably because of the New Year. But still, I feel like the reason XRP on Gatehub is so cheap is because there isn't a lot of trading going on due to customers not being able to transfer funds in and out of their accounts. Otherwise, that spread looks gorgeous.

At the very moment, whit all the complains and the huge price diffrence... I do think that gatehub is having some huge problem behind the scenes. I also did a SEPA deposit three days ago and still nothing happend. Yesterday was also a banking day for them, so lets see what happens today..

Yeah its crazy, i tend to switch XRP for ETH if i want to sell at a decent price.

I was positive about Gatehub in the past, selling for EUR and moving via SEPA to my Bank was easy. but ever since the Crypto scene exploded they are seriously lacking behind.

Thanks but I have 2 factor setup this is not the issue. I have had my gatehub account since early 2014 and have only been unable to login due to the above issue since late November, when attempting to login it prompts me to confirm the new browser but does not send me the email confirmation, I have whitelisted all Gatehub addresses and confirmed with my email provider this is the case (have also read about this issue).

I do think that Gatehub is not working from OLD > NEW bank verification applications, but the other way around. I see people that are already waiting for twee weeks now. Not to make fun of it, but my bank got verified within 1 day , 3 days ago. I even regret pushing my money that way... still no credit and no respons.
