I DO receive the generic replies after having raised a support ticket indicating that support is looking into the query and ….. “will get back to me”. So, in other words, I am receiving your emails OK. (If you send them). (Nothing in spam folder). As I am travelling and have changed my phone number, (and suspect this may be causing an issue), I have gone into settings to attempt to change the phone number on my profile... ...as this is on another screen, and nothing else about my profile has changed...I receive “Identity Error-No different from last profile” and cannot actually get to the section where I am able to change my phone number. I am stuck in a loop here. Therefore I am unable to enable 2FA. So; 1. Why was the original verification request rejected? 2. How can I submit another request for verification? 3.
