emsemporium
Suitably chastened the other day for not telling someone on this forum how many xrps I was trying to transfer from my nano s to my gatehub account, I am back once again, having eating humble pie. Please bear with me but I am old, I am a novice investor, and, to make matters worse, I am technophobic. I don't even know if I am using the right sort of jargon in trying to frame this question, but what I am trying to do sounds - in theory - fairly simple and straightforward, and so I don't know if it is me or it's the technology that's letting the side down. One thing I do know is that I have enough funds in both my gatehub account (to receive xrp) and my nano s (to send xrp) but can't work out whether I have to use 'send' from my nano s, or 'exchange' or 'trade' on my GateHub account in order to do this: Send 900 zerps from my nano s into my gatehub account. Please could someone tell me, in non-technical language, if possible, what I need to do in order to achieve this seemingly simple task. Many thanks. mrcarrot
I think you'd have better luck asking this question on reddit in the ledger sub-reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/ledgerwallet/

at3n
To send XRP from a Nano S to a Gatehub wallet: On Gatehub, go to your wallet. At the bottom left it should display your wallet address (beginning with "r"). Copy this address. Connect your Nano, enter PIN, select Ripple application. Run Ledger Wallet Ripple application on your computer. On the Ledger Wallet Ripple application, select the "up" arrow icon at the top. Enter the number of XRP to send, and copy in the address that you got from Gatehub in the "recipient address" field. If you need to add a destination tag, you can do so by clicking "Advanced Mode" at the bottom of the screen. Click "Send". The screen of the Nano S will display the same information that you entered into the app. Check that they are the same details, then press both buttons on the Nano to confirm. The XRP should appear in Gatehub within seconds.
