Help with Gatehub account Trustlines and Activation

I'm in a similar position as you, @Brahmesh.  I tried sending bitcoin from GDAX to Gatehub almost 3 weeks ago.  Learned about the "20 XRP + 5 XRP for each gateway" requirement here, and about an hour ago I was able to buy around 35 XRP on Binance, send it to Gatehub, and successfully set up a BTC trustline.  However, my bitcoin balance still says 0.  Hopefully the transfer just takes some time to process on Gatehub's end now that I've finally unlocked my wallet.

It seemed strange that there's a second transaction moving my bitcoin back out of my Gatehub address into another one (I've only done one transaction).  But when I brought this up on another forum people said it's very common for exchanges to move coins around, and the likely explanation is that Gatehub moved it from my address to cold storage.

Normally the first transaction is to the gatehub wallet and then to you own wallet.

This one i don''t know what is going on.

@Mercury maybe you know what is going on?

Sorry,  not really sure. This is from the BTC side though so it might simply be the moving of assets from hot to warm to cold wallets

Bitcoin still hasn't arrived.  Customer support recently contacted me and asked to confirm if my issue had been resolved yet.  Better than nothing, I guess.
