@Brahmesh - You need to send 20 XRP to Gatehub wallet to activate it in order to receive the ETH.

Look at the post above yours by me how to do that.

The key for ETH ( when I have transferred ETH from Coinbase) in the GATE HUB is different than current in the site now. Is that matters to get my ETH?

After I have transferred 20 XRP, if I don't get my ETH what to do?

So I finally got my GateHub account up by using Bitsane to buy some XRP via BTC I deposited from Coinbase (no verification for crypto deposits, can trade for XRP) and then transferred that to GateHub. Bought at the top because hey that's how fate rolls...

However a question: I transferred 25XRP so that it would cover the 20 reserve requirement for the wallet and 5 reserve for the BTC trustline for my pevious BTC transfer that is in limbo. My wallet balance says 25XRP, but the bar at the top of the page says "Wallet NET worth" os 24.99XRP. So which is it, because I would hate to not get my BTC because of .01XRP!

That is the actual number of ripple you own, not a representation in USD or other fiat. Its an amount, not a value. So it find out how much its worth, you have to compare it to another currency.

Remember this is a currency, not a stock. However if you are used to thinking in stocks, that number is the amount of shares you own which doesn't change with market fluctuations, not the price of the stock.

gotcha. makes sense. By any chance you wouldn't happen to know what screen on gatehub I can use to find out how much my xrp is worth?

But my wallet can't be activated until the ETH is there, because it's my first deposit, right? So I just have to wait - hope, pray - for the ETH to get there and then convert it to XRP. But if my wallet is not active, how do I convert the ETH to XRP? Am I in a catch-22? :D

It doesn't work that way.  You must first deposit a minimum of 20 xrp to your ripple wallet (no other currency will suffice here)  for it to be activated.  Once your ripple wallet is active,  you can then enable a trust line for Eth.  This will require another 5 xrp. After enabling a trust line your Eth will then arrive which may decide to trade for xrp.  So I'll advice you deposit at least 25 xrp into your ripple wallet.

Credits to Blackbox88 for explaining this to me yesterday.

I am also from NL, welkom.

Check also: https://www.xrpchat.com/forum/29-nederlands/ specially for dutch speaking.

Yeah bitstamp is definitely an option but my account is still not verified still after 1,5 week so not sure how fast that goes for you.

*Tipje: voor die bithomp moet je heel snel wezen en hun twitter in de gaten houden, ik was de vorige keer te laat.*

Gatehub support can hire me and pay me for the last few days in XRP :D

Thanks/Dankjewel :D

Im gonna try Bithomp icm with Perfectmoney and Perfectvoucher. I should be able to buy that with PayPal and then convert it to xrp with bithomp.

Or am I missing sth?

-edit-

Nevermind. After googling Perfectvoucher Im pretty sure it's a scam.

uhmm I am thinking because bithomp only does 20 XRP so your wallet become active but you then miss 5XRP to set up you ETH trust line for that to arrive.

Because for a active wallet and 1x trustline you need a min of 5XRP.

Good point :P

Plus, Perfectvoucher is a scam.
