cga
I buy BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH here https://www.coinbase.com/join/59842ee39a19d80191d633cd you can pay with VISA, MASTER CARD, you can put euros and then buy cryptos whenever you want in seconds. When I have my crypto bought ls sent to the wallet of https://www.binance.com/?ref=11779198 and I transform them to the crypto that I want, they have almost all the wallet to be able to transfer the BTC, ETH. It's easy and fast for me.

Eladio
It is a Shame. I made a BTC transaction to GateHub 2 days ago. They have "lost/..." my BTCs and I can not do anything. I had more than 20 Xrp in my account, I made the trust with BTC, I did everything possible but they stay my money. I double checked the wallet ID, I traced the transaction and the BTCs arrived correctly but they are not shown in my wallet. PLEASE AVOID Gatehub if you do not want your money to be "lost/...". Please make this be known to as much people as we can to avoid this unfair company. I have read in different blogs and Twitter that hundreds (may be more) of people are suffering the same problem. EDIT: 3 days later my BTCs arrived. Late but they arrived. Edited January 2, 2018 by Eladio
Goozy3
I'm stuck just like you. 1 week of countless emails and today i got an email stating that i need a trustline. Thought they would provide 20 xrp in order to deactivate as per their faqs... And now I have to provide it? At this point I want to just return my coin to coinbase and start all over with binance.. TeaJay
@Goozy3 If you have coin left in coinbase send it here ( https://evercoin.com/ ) and make sure that your ripple wallet address is correct. Include your coinbase wallet address as the refund should it not go through. Edited December 31, 2017 by TeaJay Goozy3

Goozy3
Great news everyone. Someone on here was so nice to help me with getting 20 xrp into my account to activate and set trust.. Once I was able to do that 2 hours later my BTC was in my wallet All was done on my phone (samsung 6s edge) Took 1.2 weeks to get that all figured out and countless emails to gatehub. So these are the steps I took to do all that: Open Gatehub account I verified all my information, even if it wasn't necessary since I used cryptocoins (btc) Went to coinbase, transferred my BTC to my ripple account that was provided on the gatehub account (on the home screen, there is a DEPOSIT/RECEIVED button - click that) Press on the currency you wish to deposit - i used BTC - which gave me a address - copy/paste that address to my coinbase WAIT FOR 1.2 WEEKS, sweated a little bit, probably pulled my hair and emailed Gatehub asking where my money is Finally received an email stating I'm missing my trustline Try to figure out what the hell was going on with trustline since I kept on getting an error. Went back on here and spoke to someone that had the same problem as me, he then sent me 20 XRP to deactivate my account (this was the luckiest part of my whole interaction) After that 2 hours later, my BTC was there. Was able to exchange the BTC into Ripple at $2.23 which ****** me off since it was $1.30 last week and also a 0.20% fee to exchange which is insane... but what are you going to do now, wait another 1.2 weeks.... And Tah-da.. and now we wait for it to get to $100 HAHAHA And transferring back the 20 xrp to that someone who helped me out! Best guy ever! And those my newbies, are the steps that I took. I highly recommend that you put in 20 xrp or find a real sweet person that will trust you to send 20 XRP to help you deactivate your account. After that is a waiting game and a bit of frustration waiting on your money to get to your wallet, then suck up the whole part that you lost money and then losing with the fee! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE and HAPPY NEW YEAR!! PS. don't just randomly ask on here to send you 20 xrp. Mods will close your post and every veteran on here will ream you a new one. Speak to others and gain a rapport, and hopefully one will be nice enough to help you out. xoxo jo
Romeo
If you do not have someone to send you the 20 XRP, what other avenues can you do? Myself, like others have sent a btc transfer from coinbase and it is stuck in limbo until my wallet is opened. Still waiting on validation and it is frustrating.. If you have any advice please help me out would appreciate the information.
Xilobyte
You simply buy 21xrp or more and deposit it to that wallet. The first 20 will reserve the wallet for you and 1 or more will still be available.
vchopra
Hi, I am having the usual problem. The wallet is not activated. I transferred ETH to my wallet today. Getting emails from Gatehub saying missing trustline. Not able to enable trustline. Getting the dreaded "unknown error" message. So, here I am. Can any good Samaritan transfer 20 XRP to my wallet so that I can get my lost ETH into my Gatehub wallet? Needless to say I will return your XRP immediately. ***REMOVED*** Thanks!!! The community here used to send 20 xrp to almost everybody who requested but with the price @$2.12 each xrp its not possible anymore. If u want to buy 20 xrp then few options are shapeshift , ebay (expensive but lot easier ) bitstamp plus few more if u search on the basis of ur country and place.
