Excuse me, I am sorry, I apologize, but I have been attempting to set up a Gatehub Fifth USD Gateway for the past month. I believe my account has been verified, as I sent in the proper paperwork over a month ago and received a verification conformation email.  I have contacted gatehub support numerous times to no avail. I understand that their has been an influx of new registrations, but being that I sent the paperwork on Nov. 28, I would have expected to be able to use this feature by now. 

Can you please explain how to properly set the USD trust and link an international account as to properly deposit/withdraw USD directly from my wallet?

Assuming you're completely verified and have the gateway connected (USD should show up under the "My Gateways" section of the Home page), then go to "Wallet", then "Advanced" (bottom-right), then "Show Trust Lines". Gatehub USD should have a line there with the option to enable if it's disabled.

Once you enable it, the trust line will be added.

If you don't have enough XRP in the wallet to add another trustline, it will fail after you click Enable. You need 20 XRP + 5 XRP per trust line.

Once it's enabled, go Wallet --> Deposit/Receive --> Bank and it will give you the deposit details.

Thank you so much for your reply. I have had the USD gateway trust line set for quite some time, but when I go to deposit/receive, the notice that "USD Gateway is pending. You will be able to deposit once they approve you" is presented. I am not sure why this notice is shown, because I believe I am verified and have more than the sufficient amount of XRP in my wallet. If this problem has something to do you with my account verification status, is there someone I can contact on the support team? I only ask because I know that support@gatehub is no longer and service and my problem might be unique and need the assistance of a gatehub associate.

That sounds like your verification is not complete.

You may be mixing up verification for Gatehub and "Gatehub Fifth". If you received a confirmation email about Gatehub Fifth, that only allows you to send and receive other cryptocurrencies, not USD. Gatehub Fifth verifications are very fast, but Gatehub verifications take a long time. You can send support a message on the Help page, click Support at the bottom right, type in anything as a search term, then you get a "Contact Us" button.

Earlier in the year, it took about 7 weeks for my verification to go through. I sent three support messages in that time, the first two went unanswered but the third got a quick response. I think that I was unlucky, as I think that most people are verified faster than that, but you're not alone! Make sure your ID documents are uploaded in colour, I also made that mistake.

I am in the same place and have sent 5 suport requests. the tust line was set weeks ago etc. No response other than automatic which jus ttells me to do what I did weeks ago.
