Baka
If i have family in korea, and they have a bitshump account , can i send them my XRP so they sell it for USDT , then send it back to me. Then i buy more XRP with the amount of XRP , then do it again. is it something i could do? and XRP transfers will take 3 seconds right?

Strovu
It is called arbitrage and if it was easy a lot of organized people would be doing it. Everytime there is a discrepancy inprices between exchangs there is a very good reason. Sometimes they just block the wallets because they are overwhelmed by too many clients and you can loose a lot of money.
