Please help,

I have been setting up my Gatehub account, It showed me the ETH Ethereum Wallet address.  I used this to transfer in 0.1 ETH in order to exchange for ripple.  Only transferred a small amount as I had not done it before and was testing.

When I then logged into Gatehub the wallet was deactivated and a message came up saying something about trust lines.  I have had an email from them (2 in fact) stating there are missing trustlines and I should Set trustlie.  It says "Once you have enabled ETH it may take a few hours to process your deposit".  I have been on Gatehub and have set the truslines- will my ETH be deposited soon then?

I think it is this level of uncertainty that is somewhat detering investors at the moment and they are going at it slowly slowly - I certainly am.

Please advise/help.

Thanks guys.

Yesterday I logged in my Gatehub account with no problem. Later that evening I did it again and was not able to login. I got the message 'incorrect login information'. If I try to reset my password it does not work either, I never receive an e-mail from Gatehub to restore the account/change password if requested. It somehow seems that it does not recognize my e-mail address anymore.

I have tried multiple times to login but it won't work. I have the the recovery key, but I am not able to use it. I always get a message network error please try again later. I don't have the secret code, did not know it existed and I have not sold/traded any XRP before. I am worried I will never have access again to my wallet, even though at Bithomp I see my account with XPR is stil there in full.

I have mailed the helpdesk, but no response so far, probably due to holidays (I hope).

Any advise on this?

Regards

Hi All,

Thanks in advance for any support.

I used changelly to transact 0.18 bitcoin into 192 XRP and for it to be deposited into my Gatehub Ripple Wallet. My ripple wallet currently states it is disabled and required 20XRP to enable it. The changelly transaction has been hung for a number of hours on "sending to your wallet" which I assume is because my XRP wallet is still disabled but then it also stats in the FAQ's "Note that crypto deposits don't require a verified account" so I am a little lost.

I have raised support tickets with both Changelly and Gatehub but maybe someone on here could help in advance.

Thanks
Tomo

I presume you mean 0.018 BTC? Otherwise you've been ripped off big time!

The delay is most likely due to Changelly's internal processes, once they actually try to send it to your Ripple wallet it should arrive within seconds. The wallet will become enabled once the XRPs are deposited.

You need to set up the trustline. After that the BTC will get credited usually within 2-3 hrs. But before that you need to transfer 20 XRP for wallet activation..

Currently it wont let me set up the trustline.

This is what I don't understand, surely the transaction I have performed with Changelly should be enough to activate the wallet? How depositing from another source to activate be any different?

Currently says that the wallet is disabled.  You said you exchanged .018 BTC into 192 XRP and then sent that 192 XRP to your XRP Address (rNa7eUM3EVPWmVJBQuZXE9DhKunbZWWJbJ) ?  If so, do you have a transaction HASH for that withdrawal?  Maybe it's hung up
