Account not found on Ripple

Hey there community,

I recently started a ripplex wallet on my desktop and put it online. I then used changelly to exchange some etherium for ripple using my new ripple wallet. the transaction went through but the transfer to my wallet never went through as https://ripple.com/build/ripple-info-tool/#rY2ARKcdcAWHZDpx3zGDCPBnftGH3gU6L says that my account cannot be found. Do I need to activate my account somehow before sending it funds? Any help here would be greatly appreciated. here is a link to the exchange https://changelly.com/transaction/eb39a827f5a1

Cheers.

looks like that hash went through though Now im just waiting on the transaction to go to my wallet. is there a problem with changelly and starting new wallets? do I need to amke an online account with ripplex to make it work? Or after you setup the desktop wallet you are good to go? Maybe I should activate the account through some other means first then the transaction will go through?

There must be something wrong with Changelly activating Ripple wallets.  The transaction hash only shows that your ETH was successfully delivered to Changelly - there's no information that I can see that tells us where Changelly sent the XRP and where from.  I'm guessing if you send 20 XRP to your wallet to activate it, the transfer will finally finish.
