I only had this problem after the wallet upgrade. Try unplugging, shutting your PC down and trying again? I know I just gave you the stock turn it off and on again advice, but its surprising how often it works! Yeah I just did the upgrade! in the process now - I am sure it will reappear from what all the guys are saying! Thanks

WaltDangerfield
Another thing you can do is follow this link - https://xrpcharts.ripple.com/#/graph and put your wallet address into the search bar and that will tell you exactly how much you have in your account. So true! Makes me kinda nervous, with the take off we are experiencing - and 2018 round the bend! Ledger has to be the best bet surely?

woytow
I had this happen before.... 1) open Ledger Wallet Ripple App 2) hit Ctrl+Shift+A (if on a Mac) to clear app cache 3) restart app as usual and hit refresh in top right corner OstrichJouster
Guest
Have strange behavior on two separate nanos after the 1.0.3 update. For example it will keep broadcasting when sending XRP and then return an error message. While in fact the transaction was successful. Very unnerving. De-installed and installed the 1.0.2 version however it refuses to open. Closing chrome applications does not solve the issues for me If anyone has tips I would like to hear them
