Enough is enough, STAY AWAY FROM GATEHUB

Hi,I stopped sending EHT/ETC/BTC/DASH etc to gatehub long time ago since they take days to credit them, so I only use them to withdraw ETH/ETC.

Now it is taking forever, maybe I lost my ETH since they are not in the blockchain, I check the ripple transactions and it went well (SUCCESS) but gatehub has not yet sent it.

why GATEHUB sucks that much? they used to be OK, now they are the WORST, hopefully I will get my ETH sent to my wallet.

I feel they stole my ETH, hopefully I am wrong.

Earlier this year, I got tired of repeated problems I had with signing into their service or submitting trading orders. I just took what I had there and moved it to Bitstamp. Never looked back.

Yeah, tons of these types of threads everywhere. They won't scam you thou, took me a week to get my BTC.

They had the potential to be number 1, but i do not know what happened to them.

They were one of the first with Ripple, etc. Hopefully they will improve one day, BTW it is all set up now with me.

I've been using Binance to exchange my coins and have never had an issue.  Usually the coins are transferred within minutes.

First , my balance of XRP changed every time I logged in. Second, Gatehub won’t allow me to withdraw my remaining 48 XRP, which was 177 XRP prior to that. F* them.

Hopefully XRP changes their ways but right now I feel like they are not putting enough effort into there product.

XRP -Desktop Wallet gave me a lot of issues (It allow you to sell off your XRP through a gateway using Bitstamp within the wallet for USD but you can't do anything with the USD other than turn around and buy more XRP) The wallet also raised the reserve price on me without any notice from 20XRP to 30XRP which to me is thievery, it is my wallet I should be able to spend all the ripple that I purchased with my money and close the wallet if I choose to.

GateHub - Website recommended by Ripple and promoted on their offical website is horrible to say the least. Also it consistently shows the price of XRP .30 - .50 cents lower than any other exchange which makes me feel like i am getting ripped off at the other exchanges.

*Last note is everything I read they still have a lot of XRP in holding that they need to release which eventually will drop the price back down and a lot of people are going to lose their mind buying right now at 2.00 an XRP.

For that I sold off all my XRP except what they force me to keep on to the next great thing I guess.

Never had problems with Gatehub, been transfering ETH over the past couple of days and the delay is a couple of hours like indicated in their FAQ.

GateHub Fifth will give our users access to Bitcoin Cash (BCH) balances that correspond 1:1 to their BTC balances at the time of the fork.

Users will be able to set a trust line for BCH IOUs and then receive their corresponding amount of BCH. This will be done within a few days. Enabling BCH deposits and withdrawals is currently planned within a few weeks, but we don't have a hard deadline yet. We will keep you updated. 

Trading will be available immediately when ripple balances are credited."

How long did it take?

I just send 2 ETH to my Coinbase account, just to see how things are, but for some reason it has not arrived and there is no activity in Etherscan on the address for Coinbase.

When i look in the Transaction history on Gatehub it says sent to Gatehub Fifth and when i look at the details it says sent to .... (empty)

So i am seriously in doubt if my 2 ETH will ever show up on Coinbase...

It will arrive for sure but late maybe in 1 or 2 hours, maybe more.

I can live with that, was just worried because it does not show a ETH receiving address.

But atm Gatehub is overloaded so cant check anything  i'll wait a few hours.
