mrcarrot
Are you saying you were depositing BTC from your Coinjar to your Gatehub but you sent the BTC to a ripple address?

at3n
It's strange that CoinJar would accept that instruction, unless it has a built-in mechanism that will try to issue BTC IOUs to the specified Ripple wallet, which will only work of course if there is a trust line set. From the screenshot it looks like the CoinJar software knows that it's sending to a Ripple wallet (by the Ripple logo), and it knows that it's sending BTC. That would be impossible, unless they are IOUs. Do CoinJar issue IOUs on the XRP Ledger? Searching their support site for Ripple gives no results, so it seems not. If that's true, then their software should not have accepted an instruction to send BTC to your Ripple wallet, and they should return your BTC to you. Contact support. I wonder if they're implementing Ripple wallet support in the background and you've stumbled across a future "feature" that doesn't work properly yet? mrcarrot
Looks fine in the blockchain explorer. The problem is that you only have 20 XRP in your ripple wallet. You need to have 20 XRP for your ripple wallet AND 5 XRP FOR EVERY GATEWAY/TRUST. Since you sent BTC (and I'm assuming set up the gateway/trust) you need to have 25 XRP in your wallet. I'd recommend having at least 40 XRP in your ripple wallet to rule out low balance as an issue. Should take a few hours for your BTC to show up after you increase your XRP balance.
