tonyng081
Hello, I created a wallet on android app toast wallet, and I've tried sending XRP to the wallet for activation, but after 3 sends, my wallet still say not activated, and there's no trace of my coins. Is there any way to track it? I read that it requires you to send 20XRP to the new wallet to activate it, but I've tried to send 35 and 25 XRP from coinspot.com.au, and another 30 from bittrex, but it still say my wallet is not activated. My wallet address: rhnUCRuUfZQjX6c6oUVRNGUvfvjapzjAwp Can anyone help me understand what's happening?
Mercury
This might be more a failure of the exchanges than the wallets. Since the exchange is off ledger it might take some time to send the XRP, especially with the holiday rush. Also, check with the exchange- some refuse to send XRP to none activated wallets Matt2cups
Matt2cups
Hi everyone. So I signed up to gatehub and then deposited some ETH into my wallet default wallet. The transaction completed successfully but after 24 hours my wallet still says disabled. I dug a bit deeper and realized that I needed to enable GateHub Fifth ETH trust line before my wallet could except the ETH deposit. I have tried enabling it several times but each time it fails and says "Unknown error" I have sent several messages to gatehub support with no response. My ETH is lost somewhere and am really anxious to see it again. What options do I have. I made the deposit yesterday at 5pm. Its been longer than 24 hours now. Please help :-(
RippleChat
I too transferred some ETH from another wallet into GateHub (I just signed up yesterday). According to etherscan and etherchain the transaction was successful but it has now been more than 16 hours and my default GateHub wallet indicates "No balance". It looks like my ETH have also vanished somewhere in cyberspace. I've got GateHub Fifth enabled in order to conduct the transfer in the first place. Also, in my GateHub default wallet, there is a notification that says "Loading...", and since I logged on today, that notification has been permanently there. I'm just wondering, "Loading" what exactly ?? I messaged GateHub support and as yet there is no reply. I'm beginning to seriously regret that I selected GateHub. I actually wanted to use Bittrex but they're closed for new signups currently because their systems are overloaded. At least they're honest about it... Any advice to seek recourse would be greatly appreciated...

philly
check your wallets properly it may be disabled, try sending something out, and check if wallet says disabled if you do. You are screwed there is alot of people on here with Disabled Watch only wallets.
