timckle Posted December 22, 2017 Share Posted December 22, 2017 I accidentally deleted a wallet on Gatehub that I was sending 0.027 BTC to, thinking it was another empty wallet. I understand this is 100% my own mistake, and I have yet to hear a response to my support ticket and it has been a week? There is no fix on my end, correct? I have to wait for their response? I am well aware of the influx of users they must be dealing with but a week to respond to a ticket seems excessive to me. Can anyone offer any advice/assistance?
