Hello,

My ETC deposits have not been credited in gatehub, is anyone having issues?

I wrote Gatehub, but as we all know, they never reply.

SO what should I do? Is Gatehub having issues as always?

I think I am becoming a masochistic for using gatehub, I know they are not reliable and I still use them.

Judging by the huge number of similar posts over the last week, Gatehub is simply being overwhelmed by the large demand due to XRP's recent price increases. Just sit tight and wait for Gatehub to credit you or respond. There is nothing else you can do, maybe send another message every few days if you get no response.

I would add that in my experience this is not normal for such delays to be occurring, it really is just recently they've been having consistent problems.

hey mate, dont stress - this has happened to me a few times... on one occasion i waited 48 hours for my eth to appear. You can search the transaction in blockchain explorer to confirm it went to the right place. I wouldnt worry too much at this stage, im sure theyre just overwhelmed with processing

That is the problem, I find the transaction in the ETC explorer but not in the ripple explorer, plus I see that the ripple address for Gatehub ETC there have been some transactions credited after mine, that is why I am worry about, why others and not mine.

Just mentioning @gatehub here to reach out for your issue, however as mentioned by a previous member it is likely that they are inundated with new account requests.
