rmander4 Posted December 21, 2017 Share Posted December 21, 2017 I submitted support requests and I haven't heard anything. Its been over 24 hours and I still don't have my ETH. I transferred 0.12096282 ETH from GDAX to GateHub around 2:30pm yesterday. It still hasn't shown up. When I check ETHERCHAIN, it says there have been 5,763 confirmations. WHERE IS MY ETH? Why is it taking so long? I intended buying Ripple when it was less than 80 cents, but that ship has sailed. Now its well over a dollar. All this time waiting is costing me money!!!! I opened a support ticket with GateHub and I've responded 2 additional times to it, yet no answer. This is the second time I've had to open a support ticket with them and in both instances, I've never received any responses. Do they even check their support tickets?
