That means GateHub can access your secret key without knowing your password. Some (live) people certainly won't like this. If GateHub can access your funds via some kind of trapdoor, then the hackers can also.

Multisign is a solution to this problem.

They already HAVE to do this. If court orders them, GateHub probably has to disburse funds to the heirs of the deceased person. I'm assuming GateHub has full control over the hosted wallets.

Maybe @gatehub can explain their procedures in the case of death (if they have them). Especially which legislation applies.
