Imported Ripple Trade Wallet To Gate Hub. No XRP. Have Secret Keys & Transaction Hash

Headline says it all.

Pulled my secret keys, imported the wallet into gate hub and nada. nothing. zilch.

Contacted support who asked for the transaction hash.

Went here: https://ripple.com/build/ripple-info-tool/ and pulled the transaction hash...

And when I sent the transaction hashes through to gatehub...no response...

Anyone?
