Anybody else getting fed up?

Well it's been over a week now and gatehub has not approved me, and 9 other people who all want to invest in XRP. Each day they are texting me asking what's going on and why is this process so hard. I understand a lot of people are trying to buy XRP and open accounts, but taking over a week to verify an account is pretty crazy. Keep in mind the 9 people and me want to invest a lot of money. Does anyone have any tips or ideas on what to do? Thanks for your guys help, this forum has been great!

Also I've been reading that people send money to their XRP wallets on gatehub. Is this something we can do? We do have money on "coinbase" but is it possible to be able to put our money in coinbase and send to gatehub, so then we can possibly buy XRP? Just trying to see whats the quickest way to get into XRP.

Do you know anyone with an account already who can set up a separate wallet for you as a temporary measure and then transfer from that wallet when you are setup.

Personally I have my own wallet at Gatehub and have also set up one for a friend where i keep his XRP divided.

I never had any money on Gatehub, nor have I ever bought XRP on gatehub. I have transferred XRP there onto a Ripple Wallet. If you have a Gatehub XRP Address, you should be able to buy on any exchange and just send there for storage.

Just do a test on a small amount (20XRP Min + a few more) to make sure there are no issues before sending 100's or 1000's.

Thanks for your idea! Unfortunately I don't know anyone who has a separate wallet :( But thanks for replying!

I suppose you could get a temporary mobile based app wallet like toast, purchase your XRP from an exchange and send to your Toast wallet, moving to Gatehub when setup.

Yeah I wish I could buy XRP at coinbase because that website seems to be the easiest I've used so far.

you could buy BTC, LTC or ETH and use changelly to send to your gatehub wallet.  They will get you for quite a bit on the fees on all sides though.

Thanks for your reply! Sounds good to me but worried about the fees. Might be better off waiting for gatehub to just verify me? Just stinks waiting so long.

You might find bitstamp is more efficient when it comes to the approval process.  It took over a week on gatehub and 2 days on bitstamp.  There's also more liquidity on bs.

I've been looking at bitstamp, but since I'm new to this whole thing I don't like how they asked for my social security number. As a newbie to this whole thing, it seems like hackers are out there attacking some sites, and I'm nervous about my identify getting stolen since its happened to me before and it was a night mirror. I've been trying to do research about bitstamp and what they do to protect that information

Bitstamp is currently 4+ days on my verification.

Also, buying on Gatehub kinda sucks, you'll want to get on some type of exchange at some point. Bitstamp allows CC purchases, which is why Im waiting for approval.  Will make it a lot quicker.
