hugolopes Posted December 15, 2017 Share Posted December 15, 2017 Hi i am also having problems with my new gatehub account... ive sent bitcoin and the transaction was successful but i cant access my wallet. The idea was to send btc to gatehub and buy xrp. Ive contacted the support and they said i have to set the trust lines when i follow the link in the comes back with an error message after attempting to set the trust line. When i try to set the trust line in my xrp wallet when it asks for the ripple address, should i copy and paste my wallet address? i am so confused iand bit lost with all this.. meanwhile i cant access my btc Can anyone please please please give a steer? EMAIL MESSAGE Missing BTC trustline We can not process your deposit because of a missing trustline on your ripple wallet. Your ripple wallet XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX must trust for BTC.
