how long does it take to transaction to complete? New member

Hello,

I followed a guide on reddit I believe which showed purchasing ETH from Coinbase and transferring it to Gatehub Fifth. I purchased and transferred ETH this morning so I could purchase XRP and I have not received it on gatehub. Transaction history on coinbase shows success and it was sent. Also looking at Transaction Hash shows it was success. However, I realized on gatehub, it shows that I need minimum of 20 xrp to activate wallet? What happened to my ETH? Can someone please send me 20XRP? I can paypal the amount for it. I really don't want to lose my money. As you know gatehub is getting hammered with support tickets, they probably won't respond to mine for a few days.

I was able to purchase some from binance and transfer. Well my wallet is active and ETH trust is enabled but my transfer from this morning is missing !

I'm having the same problem, as are many people.  ETH is not showing up in Gatehub fifth.  Something is not working correctly.  And when you email support, you just get that stupid automated message.

After about 3-4 days. I finally got my ETH. Money was deposited into gatehub hot wallet since it never made it to wallet. They held onto it for a few days. They also gave me 20 extra xrp for free along with my ETH.
