I opened an account yesterday and sent quite an amount today to my btc address to purchase some ripple, everything worked okay and then system logged me out and said I had to authorize my computer through the link they sent, it has been 1hr30 mins with no email! Rudy Posted December 13, 2017 Author Share Posted December 13, 2017 I have not yet sent the 20 XRP to my gatehub wallet. but have sent quite an amount to my gatehub btc wallet which i found under deposit,I thought i was then going to use the btc to buy XRP? Is thi going to be a problem? BTW just received an email to authorize computer but it doesn't authorize it just says "bad token" SHould I be worried? The web site which froze up when I tried to enter suggested I try accessing GateHub thru Google Chrome. I can't find GateHub or any of the other providers that www.ripple.com suggests to make individual purchases that will work. They either won't respond to fully completed applications or their web sites crash or other problems. God only knows how many problems I would encounter when I tried to transfer funds to a Ripple provider that suggests they sell the stupid coins- Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Gate hub web site said they would send me an email and it would arrive for hours. We are suppose to seriously trust this poor service? Personally I think their web sites will crash and who are you going to call when the money ain't there no more? You have a local phone number?
