LuckyLou Posted December 12, 2017 Share Posted December 12, 2017 When I try to log back in to gatehub it asks me to 'Type in my 2-Step Verification code' but there is no QR code or any way to generate said 2-Step Verification code! Please halp!! p verification code' but there is no QR code to scan with my authenticator. Mercury Posted December 13, 2017 Share Posted December 13, 2017 2-step authentication is done via a third party app such as Authy or Google Authentication. This step was enabled under security settings when you first set up your account. You will need to contact Gatehub support to have them remove this feature if you do not have the app sync'd with the gateway Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
