Guest
It might be the case that CoinKite would support Ripple for their wallet. This wallet is very cool... no native app requirements and no platform operating system necessary. It may be available in 2018 Q1. oh... and it does not require a 'trusted intermediary'. I wonder what the good folks at BitGo will do for corporations - in light of this? oh... this is why an eco-system might be of value... independent developers oh... I wonder... whether the good folks at CoinKite will want to support bankers... probably... as it means more sales http://blog.opendime.com/coldcard-annoucement/ Image: Edited December 10, 2017 by Guest
Guest
I expect that the bankers... will adopt custom or branded versions of this type of hardware technology... but alas dear Hodler... not for us. ;-( -- Well, having said that, it could be the case, that say, large groups of individuals, such as, Universities / University Alumni groups could brand a version for their customer base... the students/grads. This could satisfy KYC requirements. -- Max has slipped out the backdoor. Edited December 10, 2017 by Guest

Guest
I am surprised that they are Toronto based... Hope they have sufficient funding. But this the sort of thing corporates will want to use, rather than a BitGo like product, so funding should find them, plus we have a less CAD valuation than USD, maybe by 70-75%. There is a lot of crypto development and platforms in Canada, just under the wire and usually partnered with a US or Euro 'magnet' for funding. Mercury
FYI to those that are interested, I reached out to the makers of OpenDime and for a new crypto based bond bearer stick it would be roughly around $100,000 for hardware development.
