Using them 4 years now and never had major problems. Also support was always OK (always used the appropriate and official channels, never by posting on Twitter, FB or message boards). I know response time lately became sometimes very large, but if you know that most of the issues are: screwed by phishing, delayed BTC transactions caused by the Bitcoin blockchain being bloated - now also ETH - and impatient newbies with FOMO fever wanting instant verification.... one can understand those issues not having highest priority among the daily thousand new clients to be served... They're unresponsive and have been this way since I first used them. When they do respond (if they so deign to) there are no explanations or apologies. Totally unprofessional outfit. Like Kanaas, I've been using GH for a long time and other than those dark three or four days when the website was basically unavailable several months ago (which, should be noted, happened at a time when a lot of crypto-trading sites were struggling with a deluge of new customers), my experience with them has been very positive.
