MUsince96
I sent $94 in BTC from Coinbase to Poloniex but when it got there I only had $83. This is the first time I've done it since August. Why did it take $9, have fees always been that high? I got the tweet about the escrow as I was walking through the door so I rushed to the computer to buy more XRP. The books are going crazy, took me like 5 minutes.
Greeny
Was it $94 in BTC. BTC fell over the past hour or so, that 5 minutes could have been a lot. Also, POLO value of BTC will normally be close, but may not be exactly what Coinbase is.
Campesino
Also, you might be looking at USDT rather than USD. They're *supposed* to be the same but there is usually a bit of drift... outside of that maybe it was fees? @Greeny could be right about price drops between transactions. ipinabox
Might have been a XRP delay fee seeing how you waited so long to buy.
