I understand that change can be hard sometimes, but it was necessary. Ripple trade interface was build with different vision and use cases than ours, but we will try to listen to as much feedback as possible and try to improve. You mentioned navigation problems, can you elaborate more and tell me how would you like to see it change since friendly to use is to vague.

Which use cases are different?

I know this is a bug because it was confirmed by gatehub support, to me by email.

 

Same here. I worked around by not connecting through the main page but instead going to "Wallet/Advanced/Set trust"

Hi @gregor, 

We like change and we appreciate what you do. In fact, we all hope you will succeed. But, the "listen to as much feedback", I'm not sure about this. You probably have been so busy with the RT deadline that you haven't got the chance to review all our comments. On this thread, there's a lot of good stuff. That was my contribution here

I have the same problem. Gatehub says they're working on it. 

However, if you go into your specific Ripple wallet you can give trust to GateHub 5th

Laypeople will become increasingly interested in crypto and will need a simple interface. It would nice if gatehub implemented a simple and advanced UI that users could toggle between. Sometimes less is more. You start start stripping away until you're left with the bare essence

Can't see my Open Orders. Tried different browser or OS, no change. I know they are there cause I checked with legermonitor.

They only thing I see is that big pink "CANCEL ALL" button.

Wrote to them but my guess they're too busy right now. This has to be fixed very soon!

We resolved that problem yesterday release of it is coming next week.

As you said we were really busy lately with all the migrations and some backend improvements that were not that visible in the client. I am setting my mind for the following weeks to read all the feedback you provided and appreciate it by implementing it.

it is ok with me to use a Ripple-Trade-ish structural site, at least it is clear and simple. unless you have a better one, maintaining the older style would be a smooth transition. otherwise you probably will lose users.

Help section on ur site is incomplete and does not even mention most important things like how to transfer funds between wallets. There should be through guide but instead, all there is a bit of formaliy that u have help section. And i am saying that with regrets bcz i had expected better from Ripple's gateway.

With all due respect sir. You must hurryup in getting your game together or ripple will lose the first mover advantage. Which is s mutual loss as i believe that our fate is partially  connected.
