Click 'Deposit/Receive' blue button at the bottom. The choose your method, if you are in EU, choose EU bank. there you will find all the instructions needed for a SEPA payment. Easy and inexpensive. Once you receive the money, it will be sitting in your hosted wallet. Before you start trading, you will need to send the funds to your Ripple wallet, using the 'Send' function and choosing 'instant'. I hope it helps.
