MemberBerry
Its about time. Theyve seen etherium isnt ready for the next few years. We could also use XRP as "gas" lol . kuyu
It is interesting to note, that despite all the attention and ICO launches on the Ethereum blockchain, it's still hard to see why success in any would translate to significant gains for Ether. Serious scaling issues remain, which one way or the other, will lead to material changes in the Ethereum blockchain. At least Etherreum has Vitalik who acts as a sort of nexus of focusing. As contrasted to Bitcoin, where it's an absolute mess.

Potentially, Etherreum might pull a rabbit out of the hat (to avoid using another cat/bag analogy). Some of the fundamentals are there but I think the wealth should have come later. Now that they've had a taste of money before solid product, this is an issue. On multiple levels it's an issue. And yes, should it fail rapidly, your pyramid scheme comment would start leaning in more heavily. I like to think that things are more fluid than that and not black and white. Still though the blockhain's success does not equate higher price for the crypto. In 10-15 years from now, this stuff will be lessons in strategy - super interesting to watch it happen. droizs, FUDFatigue and bruce21b
kuyu
but yes, a good deal of them are get rich pyramid schemes. Unfortunate but true. One can exploit people because of base weaknesses.

Watching Miguel's video it is clear that users need to go through exchanges to convert from fiat to XRP first...

It's the Ethereum of Ripple - just better How does it work? Similar as Etherium? Own coin etc.? Will there be a relation with XRP in this construction? And how will this be better than Etherium? Is there a technological edge here? Etherium got a lot of excellent developers (not a big fan of Etherium myself btw). With NEO etc., why another platform? cryptoman
This makes a lot of sense. Glad to see Ripple making the decision to revive this.
