Nano S and ripple

Hello first time here 

I have a nano S and i put 600 ripple on it and then i sent it back it bitstamp but it would only send 580 ripple 

I try to send the other 20 ripple that it shows that i have in the Nano S but when i hit send max it says that i do not have any

You need those 20 XRP as a base reserve.

Also keep in mind that if you do have trouble installing and getting the app to sync with the Ledger, just unplug, restart your computer and open the app again - should work now.

Happened to me at first and was frustrating but works flawlessly after.
