Gatehub Feedback

So @gatehub just relaunched with some updates today, wanted to create a place to give them some feedback:

1. I like that you can now delete and rename wallets.

2 . I like that you can toggle your wallet NET worth by clicking on your balance but there should be some indication that it's togglable, like a small grey downward triangle.

site won't launch for me, credentials OK but endless revolving circle

Try to clear your cache and cookies then try to reconnect to their site.  If you can't log in after that, I'd contact their support team about the connectivity issue.

@enej mentioned about a week ago that he was preparing to push out some updates and the exchange feature seems to be one of the updated features.  When will we be able to edit which gateway and asset we would like to exchange for or will Gatehub continue to add more options to a hard coded list?

1. In the transaction history, within a wallet, it's not clear that "Buy" and "Sell" refer to offers that you've created unless you click to see more details. I might be nice if they said "Buy Offer" and "Sell Offer" for clarity.

2. Likewise, in the transaction history, it's unclear whether an amount "Received" refers to a unidirectional payment that you've receive or whether it's the result of an exchange. It would be nice if the transaction history differentiated between the two.

3. When you click on the details for a transaction it gives an option to link to the graph of the transaction on ripple charts, I'm not sure how useful this is. I would either replace it with a link to the transactions page or allow users to link to either the graph or the transaction page

More suggestions:

1. When inside of a wallet, if you have an open order, it would be nice if the "Open Orders" tab were a different color or indicated in some way that you have any open order (and maybe the number of open orders as well).

2. In the future there should be a feature that allows users to download their entire transaction history.

And more:

1. On the trading pages, I'd make it more obvious which exchange you're on. For example, if you're on RippleFox it could say "RippleFox" in big grey letters above the XRY/CNY on the graph. Or you could have the logo pop up somewhere.

MAJOR BUG

Can't see my Open Orders. Tried different browser or OS, no change. I know they are there cause I checked with legermonitor.

They only thing I see is that big pink "CANCEL ALL" button.

Wrote to them but my guess they're too busy right now. This has to be fixed very soon!

We are aware of the bug and it will be fixed with next release soon, till then you can still see open orders on trade view. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

First and second points will be improved in the next release. Thank you for the feedback.

Both will be implemented soon.

Thank you for all the great feedback, we will monitor this topic more closely. Stay around to see the updates.

It would be great if user preferences, particularly added markets or currencies would be saved instead of refreshed each time. Its a pain having to look up the ripple address of market that's not featured/saved (ex: RippleFox FMM, Bluzelle CAD , etc.)

I agree.

So right now you can only add custom markets for well known currency pairs, but I think they said they will add more functionality for adding lesser known custom pairs like FMM,

I tried the Exchange feature and it doesn't work, it just creates an order
