Can't login to Gatehub

Hello,

I tried to login to Gatehub and new device detection appeared, but I have never received confirmation messages from Gatehub even after an hour.

I also tried to create a support ticket on the official Zendesk, but it also has some error, so I can't not create even a ticket. I have no idea to contact the Gatehub staff anymore, so I tried to create a topic hear. I hope some Gatehub staff could find me.
