Oh, this is getting better by the minute.
I wonder, what else will we learn by the year end?..

As @zerpdigger already stated (oct 10):

ripple have been very sneaky and kept quiet that this is a PILOT and not real-world usage

So maybe there’s the answer.

Seriously guys. The public announcement was about Cuallix using xRapid. Don't freak about one tweet. The rollout will take time.

Nonono, nobody's freaking out. I just thought Cuallix was already using xRapid. As this thread, for example, is focused on finding the transactions.

First Financial Institution Uses XRP to Solve the Liquidity Problem

In a precedent-setting moment, Cuallix became the first worldwide institution to use xRapid —  Ripple’s solution that utilizes XRP as a liquidity tool — to reduce the cost of sending cross-border payments from the U.S. to Mexico.

Cuallix moved to the forefront of digital payments by using digital assets to remove the inefficiencies and red tape associated with processing and sourcing liquidity.

If nothing, this just makes me happier, since there actually might be something to FIND as soon as they go live.

From 14 minutes on in this video, Miguel starts talking about Cuallix.

Average payment time went from 2 days to 90 seconds.  Average cost went from 3% to 0.40%.  Cuallix has been pleased with the results and have asked Ripple how quickly they can move to production.
