T8493
I don't understand how this is significantly better than Google Authenticator (and TOTP one-time passwords). Basically, it looks like a single-factor authentication solution where your sole factor is possession of a physical device (probably mobile phone). What if someone steals this device? So stealing the device isn't enough, you'll have to steal that code or a thumb/finger as well Trisky

But I'm not sure what is GateHub even trying to achieve with this IMHO... EDIT: I somehow still think that multisign is the solution to these authentication problems and not some third-party authentication app (which just moves "security" issues from the GateHub login form on their web site to this app on a phone which can be potentially easily hacked): Xrphunter

Maybe it would be good to explain how and why Gatehub lately is only answering on personal issues by way of their support site. Me personally I've good understanding why (and always had fast and professional support by your support site), as an MSB, you only concentrate on one single channel But a lot of complaints here still go about "bad and slow support" So it might be good, for once and for all that you @gatehub tell them here what they should do (and not do) to have your best support.
