Gatehub: wallet to wallet transaction time?

I've sent ETH from my Gatehub HOSTED wallet to my Gatehub MY WALLET ETH 3hrs ago. It says transaction complete 2hrs ago but no ETH in MY WALLET. Any ideas?

It shouldn't take that long. That's quite long even for BTC.

yesterday , 24 October i deposited BTC into my Gatehub MY WALLET BTC and it is also still not showing . almost 1 day now. is this normal? when should i start being concerned?
