See guys i have told you. The last days . Ripple is fraud. And bread garlic too.

How do you explain what you're doing to yourself?
Doesn't it make you feel small, to the point you don't actually feel like a decent human being?
And if not, what do you says to yourself in order to lie to yourself that's not the case?

I'm genuinly interested in an answer, although I think it'll somehow have the same weight as your other nonsense.

As for a "more normal" replay:

oh for goodness sake, can we please edit the title, it sounds misleading and inaccurate

'Ripple Trade Japan' sounds like that's a company thing with a boss who works for ripple that got arrested, obv not the case

Ripple Trade Japan wasn't affiliated with Ripple, the company, whatsoever.

(Anybody can run a server.)

as @karlos mentioned, i long ago did warn about this exact risk. even tagged Ripple folk to take notice. would have been so easy to shut it down or get the name and trademark removed with a single serving of a general violation notice. apparently @miguel / @JoelKatz and others from ripple here who were tagged, missed it.

I agree they might be very busy, but this whole saga & bad name could have been avoided with a single notice.

lessons learnt for next time i Hope.

How do you know they missed it? If the guy running it was a crook, what do you think a general violation notice would do?

This is actually an old issue. I remember the IRBA dealing with it. It's only new because the CEO was caught.

because the site could have been brought down, and it was a public ISP. a notice to the ISP is all that's needed to bring the site down and for the person to reapply ( if he sanitizes and corrects his site)

hope that helps !

Which Gateways that connect to the Ripple network are allowed to call themselves Ripple Gateways?
