Especially AirBnB guy making some sharp comments and also correctly just mentioned its not about the winners and losers and not about one global blockchain, but really about interoperability between all kind of different blockchains which all are tailored for certain usecases. So he just refers to ILP and how big of a role this technology will play actually as it will be some kind of blockchain internet if it works as intended. This is what it took a long time for me to wrap my head around. ilp is like http - it's just another protocol, but it is also another web that it seems will find its way into all sorts of deployment stacks. Kloppos Posted October 16, 2017 Share Posted October 16, 2017 so first panel is over and I have to say it was quite interesting to hear some feedback from the corporate side, especially I was a bit surprised that really the tracking is so much more important than the speed for the corporates as it was pointed out. So that definitely plays into the hands of Ripple as they can track the whole payment like (used analogy) of Amazon tracking. Very excited now to get some insights from the banks side and also especially from Dilip Rao. As side note, I really don't get why currently this panic sells happen. This is positive because each panel is then directly available for everybody to rewatch as its own on YT.
