Missing Funds - Gatehub

I’m posting this here as I have not received a satisfactory response from @Gatehub regarding missing FIAT currency sent from my bank. SEPA credits on average take 2-3 working days. I am now at 7. Their support is to say the least very poor. 

If support from Gatehub are available, I would like to be contacted please. 

The amount of currency is significant. I’ve have colleagues who have experienced the same issues.

I have had a pending account, for at least 2 weeks at Gatehub.
Nothing happened.
So today I cancelled it all.

I have lost confidence in Gatehub.
Bye-bye!

You might want to contact Enej directly, though this forum. That worked for me when a had a problem with a bank withdrawal (it turned out the culprit was my incompetent bank, not GH, but Enej helped me track down the money.)

Almost 2 weeks now since wiring euros. Money still has not appeared in my wallet account resulting in some losses as XRP has increased by approximately 6c since expected deposit date. Thanks for nothing Gatehub. @enej your support service is appalling.
