MartinOK Posted October 3, 2017 Share Posted October 3, 2017 (edited) I’m posting this here as I have not received a satisfactory response from @Gatehub regarding missing FIAT currency sent from my bank. SEPA credits on average take 2-3 working days. I am now at 7. Their support is to say the least very poor. If support from Gatehub are available, I would like to be contacted please. That worked for me when a had a problem with a bank withdrawal (it turned out the culprit was my incompetent bank, not GH, but Enej helped me track down the money.) Money still has not appeared in my wallet account resulting in some losses as XRP has increased by approximately 6c since expected deposit date.
